First, new product introduction stage

1. Participate in the manufacturing feasibility assessment of new products and put forward the design requirements for the manufacturing process direction;

2. Planning the production process and rational layout of the product;

3. Proposed equipment/tool requirements according to the production process, and assisted the equipment team to complete the design, debugging, verification and acceptance of the equipment;

Second, mass production stage

1. Analyze and improve the defective product manufacturing process, track the implementation progress and effect of countermeasures, and improve product yield;

2. Analyze and improve the abnormal feedback problems on site and track the implementation progress and effect;

3. Improved the field operation problems, optimized the process for the difficult process of field operation, and improved the operation efficiency;

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, optics, electronics or applied physics and other related professional background, with rich peer experience can reduce educational background;
2. Understand or be familiar with the basic knowledge of optical lens assembly;
3. Proficient in office software, CAD, Pro/E is preferred;
4. Good logical analysis ability and problem summary ability.
